[Kickstarter] Entropy

I thought I would bring to the attention of my readers a really interesting looking card game that I am currently backing on Kickstarter.

It is called Entropy, and it is described as "a fast-paced competitive card game of risk and deception". The first thing that stood out to me about this game is the beautiful artwork. I thought about posting some samples of it here, but really, you should just drop by the project's Kickstarter page and check it out there. Their description of the game sounds fun and interesting, and they even have a couple of videos demonstrating how the game is played.

The pricing for the reward tiers is a little deceptive because they're in Australian Dollars, instead of United States Dollars, but to get the game with shipping to the US is actually just a little under $20 USD. Overall, not a bad deal. Also, a bunch of stretch goals have already been unlocked, adding components for a fifth player, and an option to play solo.

This Kickstarter project ends in seven days. Backing the project now gets you a cool new game before it ever makes its way through regular distribution channels and into your local game stores. It's also a neat opportunity to support some entrepreneurial game designers in their efforts to bring their vision to the public. They've successfully produced and delivered another card game already, and this one looks to be a beautiful and solid game.
